All prints are sold as is. We make best efforts to deliver you a near mint condition print. Many of our prints come from our live shows. They go through heavy transit across the US, they travel in protective tubes from 3rd shipping carriers that we cannot control. All prints that are “damaged” through the shipping process we do not bare responsibility for. If your print is damaged in shipping you can make a claim with whatever 3rd party shipping carrier you chose at checkout.
